1. Is Old White a true white or does it contain a tint?
Old White is a soft, creamy white with a warm undertone. Not cool, not yellow — perfectly balanced. This makes it easy to use in both modern and country-style interiors.
2. Can I use Old White on furniture?
Yes. It adheres beautifully to wood, MDF, stone and even light plastics. For furniture we recommend at least two coats for a smooth, even finish.
3. Do I need a primer?
Not always. On sanded, clean surfaces you can apply the paint directly.
4. Is this paint suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. For exterior projects, apply two to three coats for optimal durability.
5. How much paint do I need?
Approx. 8 m² per litre. Rough or porous surfaces may require an additional coat.
6. Does Old White show stains easily?
Thanks to the velvet-matt finish, small imperfections are less visible. Still, white remains more sensitive to dirt — gentle cleaning helps maintain the look.
7. Can I combine Old White with other Decoration colours?
Absolutely. Favourite combinations include Namibian Sand, Cyprus White, Shabby Pink and Saint Helena Blue.
8. Should I order a sample pot first?
Yes. Light conditions and surfaces can influence how the colour appears. A sample pot allows you to test the shade in your own home.
