Shipping and Returns
Decoration prepares your package with the utmost care, ensuring you receive your products in good condition. We ensure the packaging is suitable for your chosen items. Decoration offers two different shipping methods: parcel delivery and PO Box delivery. You can view the rates by placing the items in your shopping cart and opening the shopping cart page. Then select your country and click the 'Edit' button. The shipping costs will then appear in the lower columns. By default, this option is set to the Netherlands. The shopping cart also indicates the type of package: standard or long. Because Decoration also wants to contribute to the environment, we use recycled packaging materials.
Delivery
Decoration works with various professional courier companies such as DHL, DPD, PostNL, and many others. We hope these services ensure your ordered products are delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
Return or Exchange Request
The Decoration team handles your order with the utmost care, ensuring you are a satisfied customer. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (Article 6). This period begins on the day you receive the package. If you notice any defects after receiving the package, you can submit a return or exchange request. We will process your request and respond as soon as possible. If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please contact us before submitting a new request.
