Return Authorization Request

The Decoration team is working as carefully as possible on your order to ensure you are a satisfied customer. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions (Article 6).

This period begins on the day you receive the package. If there are any defects after receipt of the package, you can submit a return or exchange request.

After submitting your request, our team will process it and you will receive a response as soon as possible. If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please contact us by phone before submitting a new request.
