Yes. You can request a sample of many products first. This allows you to calmly assess the color, texture, and quality at home before making a final decision.

That depends on the product. Custom-made items, custom-cut fabrics, mixed paint, and unique vintage items generally cannot be returned. Please always check our return information for this.
