Concepts - Art as the starting point for your interior

A work of art can be much more than an object on the wall. It can become the starting point for a complete interior concept, where colour, shape, texture and atmosphere return naturally throughout the space.

At Art Gallery, when purchasing an artwork, you can explore the possibility of incorporating details from the piece into your interior. Think of wallpaper, fabrics, cushions, curtains, wall panels or other bespoke applications. This creates not a standard interior, but a personal whole in which art truly forms the foundation.

From artwork to interior concept

Sometimes the entire artwork is suitable as a starting point. In other cases, we use a specific detail, colour field, line pattern, texture or composition from the piece. This can be subtle, for example in a cushion or curtain fabric, but also more expressive, such as full-wall wallpaper or a distinctive fabric print.

The aim is not to repeat the same image everywhere. By carefully looking at proportions, colour use and materials, a balanced whole is created. The artwork remains the original and the focal point, while the bespoke items enhance the atmosphere.

Exclusive to the buyer of the artwork

Concepts are developed only in combination with the purchase of the original artwork. This preserves the exclusivity and authenticity of the piece. You are therefore not buying a separate print collection, but a personal interior concept that originates from your chosen artwork.

Because we work together with artists from our collection, we can assess what is possible for each individual piece. Not every artwork is suitable for every application. Sometimes a detail works beautifully on fabric, while another artwork is stronger as a bold statement on wallpaper. We give honest advice, so the final result feels right.
