Choosing a fabric online can be very difficult. In real life, a fabric can be different than you expect. To avoid any unfortunate surprises, we offer you the option to order a sample. If you want to order a sample, enter "0.01" in the entry window. When purchasing a sample, a one-time cutting cost of € 2 will be added.

These products are cut especially for you. In our workshop we roll out the fabric, measure it and check everything with extra care for you. After cutting the specific desired length, we carefully pack the fabric and ship it to you. Because the fabric is cut exclusively for you to a non-standard length, you cannot return this product. We would like to draw your attention to this. Are you unsure about the quality, color and/or design of the fabric? Then we recommend that you order a sample. This way you can make an informed purchase decision.

ORDERING INFORMATION

You can order this product to the exact centimetre. The stated price is per metre.

HOW TO ORDER

Quantity: enter the number of separate pieces you need.
Length: enter the required length per piece. The entered length applies to each individual piece. For example, would you like 2 pieces, each measuring 1.50 metres? Enter 2 under Quantity and 1.50 m under Length. You will receive two separate pieces, each measuring 1.50 metres. In this example, the total ordered length is 3 metres.

FIXED WIDTH AND CONTINUOUS LENGTH

This product is supplied in a fixed width. The width is stated in the product specifications. Before ordering, check whether the fixed width is suitable for your intended application. Would you like one continuous piece measuring, for example, 3 metres? Enter 1 under Quantity and 3.00 m under Length. You will receive one continuous 3-metre piece, subject to the available length on the roll. Do you need several pieces in different lengths? Add them as separate order lines or contact us before ordering.

PATTERN OR REPEAT

Does the product have a design, texture or repeat? Check the product specifications to see whether a pattern repeat is stated, in which direction the pattern runs, whether several pieces need to align and whether additional length is required. A pattern calculation is only applied when this is expressly stated with the product.

REQUESTING A SAMPLE

Is a sample available for this product, and would you first like to assess the colour, texture, quality or thickness? Enter 1 under Quantity and 0.10 m under Length. You will receive a 10-centimetre sample across the fixed width of the product. Does the product have a large design or a clearly visible repeat? A 10-centimetre sample may then be too small to assess the complete pattern. In that case, order at least one full pattern repeat or contact us beforehand. A sample is intended to help you assess the material. Colour and appearance may vary from the product photograph due to lighting and screen settings.

MADE TO MEASURE AND RETURNS

This product is cut to the length you enter and is therefore made specifically for your order. Cut or made-to-measure products cannot be returned. Before ordering, carefully check the number of pieces required, the desired length per piece, the fixed width, the intended application, any pattern repeat and the required cutting or processing allowance.
