to provide new or bare wood with a primer to later coat with lacquer for good adhesion. Apply with a brush or paint roller. Color white. The substrate : As a primer for wood, hard PVC and other plastics (with the exception of polyolefins, such as PE and PP), concrete, plaster, etc. Also applicable on cleaned and sanded alkyd resin paint layers.
