Below you will find an explanation of the invoices for Decoration. This can be done for Consumers (own administration) or for companies. Foreign companies that are registered and checked for VAT number can have invoices drawn up without VAT. Consumers and companies outside the EU are invoiced without VAT and will pay VAT depending on the country where they live.
Layout invoices Decoration.
• Customer / company data at the top (VAT number stated)
• Then invoice number, order date and payment method
• Column with products: quantities. article number, product name, unit price, total (excl.), VAT rate and total
• Added under the column Subtotal amount of the total products
• For invoices with VAT Subtotal amount excluding VAT
• For invoices without VAT, only the Subtotal is shown, which is then excl. VAT
• Below is possibly the group discount excl, discount coupon excl., shipping rate excl and VAT calculation
• The subtotal and the lines below are added together and displayed with or without VAT
• At the bottom of the invoice are the company details and bank details
